A. Cultural Development Assoc. is an independent non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering personal, professional, and cultural development. Established in 2014, our association focuses on education, social integration, employment, and entrepreneurship, aiming to enhance community well-being through innovative projects.
Our Areas of Activity
1. Education and Professional Development
We organize training courses for teachers, school administrators, inspectors, labor market participants, and vocational education specialists. We emphasize digitalization, innovative teaching methods, and adult education.
2. National and International Collaborations
We partner with schools, universities, educational institutions, and NGOs to develop projects and establish transnational partnerships across Europe.
3. Employment and Career Development
We provide career coaching, entrepreneurship training, and initiatives to help young people and adults transition into the workforce.
