- Prepare social media posts for review at next meeting
- Proofread the field reports in their own languages.

- Create and share participant list template
- Recommend hotel area in Izmir for participants
- Translate field research documents into multiple languages

- Send meeting minutes by email
- Prepare website for September launch
- Share examples of field research format
- Proofread Spanish translations of Turkish field research
- Italian team (Dalila/Michele)
- Complete participant list (By September 17th)
- Prepare posts for review (By September 17th)
- Proofread Italian translations of field research
Our second Project mobility is officially set:
- Mobility dates confirmed: arrival on November 9th, departure on November 13th
- Working days will be November 10th, 11th, and 12th
- Welcome dinner scheduled for November 9th
- Participants will book their own hotels in a recommended area of Izmir
- Venue to be confirmed
- Updated info pack will be sent by the Turkish team
- Participant list template will be created and shared for all teams to complete
- Website will be ready in September with individual access for all partners
- Field research documents should be translated into all partner languages
