First Online Meeting – AI4YE Project
On 30 October 2024, the partners of the AI for Young Entrepreneurships (AI4YE) project held their first online kick-off meeting.
Attendees: Mike, Emre, Iker, and Cindie.

- Introduce team members.
- Review the project summary.
- Define the first list of tasks.

- Partner agreements to be signed.
- Fund transfer planned for next week.
- Correction needed in the project form (Italy counted twice, Spain missing).
Timeline
- Three mobilities planned: Turkey, Italy, and Spain (dates to be confirmed).
- Signing of documents for mobilities.
- Field research on AI entrepreneurship by young people in each country.
- Compilation of best practices — to be delivered as the first project output.
Project Management
- Shared Google Drive folder created by Emre.
- Includes: Gantt chart, budget template, result & meeting documents, dissemination page, and general project info page.
Communication
Dissemination activities coordinated by Mike with Emre’s support.
Project logo designed by Emre (open for feedback).
Branding development pending.
Facebook, Instagram, and website to be created (initially managed by Emre).
