 A. Cultural Development Assoc. A. Cultural Development Assoc. is an independent non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering personal, professional, and cultural development. Established in 2014, our Assoc. focuses on education, social integration, employment, and entrepreneurship, aiming to enhance community well-being through innovative projects. Our Areas of Activity
Education and Professional Development: We organize training courses for teachers, school administrators, inspectors, labor market participants, and vocational education specialists. We emphasize digitalization, innovative teaching methods, and adult education.
National and International Collaborations: We partner with schools, universities, educational institutions, and NGOs to develop projects and establish transnational partnerships across Europe.
Employment and Career Development: We provide career coaching, entrepreneurship training, and initiatives to help young people and adults transition into the workforce.
Green Economy and Sustainable Development: We promote environmentally friendly employment models, offering training and workshops on green economy and sustainable job creation.
Social Entrepreneurship and Cultural Development: We support female entrepreneurs, provide social entrepreneurship training, and encourage cultural and creative initiatives to enhance community engagement.
Migration and Social Integration: We conduct field research on migrant workers, develop educational modules, and facilitate professional development programs to improve employability.

Our Team Our Assoc. comprises educators, academics, and professionals experienced in international cooperation projects.
