The first payment to partners will be transferred as scheduled.
The Gantt Chart, including sections for contact information and dissemination activities, will be completed.
An official announcement and details of the meeting will be published on the partners’ websites and social media pages.

Timeline The 1st Mobility will take place in Italy, tentatively scheduled for March or April 2025. Final dates will be determined via a Doodle poll.
Field Research: Preparatory work will begin soon. Meetings (online or face-to-face) will be held to coordinate research efforts.

Project Management A Google Drive folder has been set up and shared with all partners for project management purposes.

The Gantt Chart was finalized and shared with all partners for review.
Social media accounts for the project have been created:

The timesheet draft was discussed, and suggestions for finalization will be proposed.
A dedicated page for dissemination activities and relevant content will be created and maintained.
All partners have been granted access to necessary documents and pages.

Next Steps Partners are encouraged to review the shared Gantt Chart and contribute updates as necessary.
Preparations for field research are to begin immediately.
Regular updates and announcements will be made via the social media pages and project websites.
