AI4YE Partners Met in Italy for First Transnational

   Meeting The first face-to-face transnational meeting of the AI4YE (AI for Young Entrepreneurship) project took place in Reggio Calabria, Italy, from March 26–28, 2025. Hosted by lead partner EUROFORMAZ, the event brought together all partner organizations for three days of strategic planning, evaluation, and collaboration. The AI4YE project aims to empower young entrepreneurs across Europe by combining artificial intelligence tools with entrepreneurial education.

       📌 Highlights from the Meeting Agenda:
Welcome Session: The event began with a welcome program and opening remarks from EUROFORMAZ, setting the tone for the meeting and outlining the objectives.
Bilateral Agreements: Partners reviewed, finalized, and signed operational and administrative agreements under the guidance of AMANAY.

Project Tools & Administration: AKGD and Amanay presented the project’s key management tools (Gantt chart, PPT templates, financial structures) and discussed partner responsibilities.

Workshops & Field Research: Planning sessions were held for upcoming workshops, field research activities, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Dissemination & Communication: Discussions focused on visibility strategies including social media, press releases, branding, and news publication. Partners also shared progress on dissemination deliverables.

Best Practices & Reporting: The consortium exchanged insights and methods for data collection, identified case studies, and began structuring the first comprehensive project report.

Evaluation & Quality Assurance: A detailed internal evaluation plan was shared, along with key indicators for monitoring progress and ensuring quality across all activities.

   
   This successful meeting marked a key milestone in the AI4YE journey, ensuring strong coordination among partners and setting the foundation for the months ahead. The next steps include launching field research, engaging young entrepreneurs, and preparing the first project outcomes.
