National Agency Updates: Cindie contacted the National Agency regarding the project and shared updates with partners.
- Staff Contracts: Discussion of contracts and CVs for project team members.
- Website Management: Process for uploading website credentials and related documents reviewed.
- Social Media & Dissemination:
- Each partner agreed to create and publish an AI-themed news post on social media.
- Posts to be sent to Emre for website publication.
- Mobility Planning: Mikele proposed preparing a shared calendar for upcoming mobility events.
- Field Research Survey: Survey finalized and confirmed to be ready for reporting by the end of April.
This meeting ensured continued coordination, efficient task distribution, and effective progress tracking among all partners.
