First Face-to-Face Transnational Meeting – AI4YE Project
The first face-to-face transnational meeting of the AI for Young Entrepreneurship (AI4YE) project took place in Reggio Calabria, Italy, from 26–28 March 2025. Hosted by lead partner EUROFORMAZ, the three-day event brought together all partner organizations for strategic planning, evaluation, and collaboration.
The AI4YE project aims to empower young entrepreneurs across Europe by integrating artificial intelligence tools with entrepreneurial education.
Highlights from the Meeting Agenda
Welcome Session
- Opening remarks from EUROFORMAZ set the tone and outlined meeting objectives.
Bilateral Agreements
- Partners reviewed, finalized, and signed operational and administrative agreements under the guidance of AMANAY.
Project Tools & Administration
- AKGD and AMANAY presented key management tools, including the Gantt chart, presentation templates, and financial structures.
- Partner responsibilities were clarified.
Workshops & Field Research
- Planning sessions were held for upcoming workshops, field research activities, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Dissemination & Communication
- Strategies for visibility were discussed: social media, press releases, branding, and news publications.
- Partners shared progress on dissemination deliverables.
Best Practices & Reporting
- The consortium exchanged insights and methods for data collection.
- Case studies were identified and the first comprehensive project report was structured.
Evaluation & Quality Assurance
- Internal evaluation plan and key indicators for monitoring progress and ensuring quality across all activities were shared.
This successful meeting marked a key milestone in the AI4YE project, strengthening coordination among partners and setting the foundation for the months ahead.
